Where is the judgment and criticism? She is giving her professional advice and a professional childcare provider. Guess experience and background only matters on paper and shouldn't be applied once hired?

And not only this but you'd think they also would prioritize keeping the nanny healthy and try to relive her as soon as possible to lessen her exposure. What's more important? Keeping the nanny overtime with a feverish baby for dinner, or at least aiding making sure she can be healthy so they can go to work? Ridiculous

Even parents with sick gives deserve a break. Hard to believe, I know. OP if you don't want the extra hours, be an adult and say no. Stop complaining and grow up.
