Last year I didn't get a bonus for Christmas but I got the best birthday gift ever. They bought me front row Josh Groban tickets at Wolf Trap. I could almost touch him from where I was sitting. So to me that was better than a bonus.

I don't think it's the value it's the gift itself.

You can care about your nanny and still not have hundreds of dollars to throw around.
