I did get my au pair a birthday gift. I gave her a Hershey kiss diamond pendant and all of the kids put their kisses in the box it came in before we sang and cut cake. I did give a nanny a going away gift of a music box with an angel looking over a bassinet and had it engraved. I think I got it through things remembered.

Well I want going to chime in, but I will. I always give her a weeks cash bonus on her birthday and Christmas.
