If you've been working/on-call 24/7 for $950., your employers are in violation US Federal law. They need to be told. Can they afford to pay you at least minimum wage, or are they poor?

I think we had to figure out what works for everyone with the baby girls being so new...no one knew what to do and who should do what! I do work for a great family it just takes talking and ideas to make everything work!
