Yet, if you are doing the majority of childcare while she runs errands, showers, naps or whatever, then YES charge her more. Caring for a newborn is a ton of work so you should be compensated accordingly.

You mean childcare of both children or one (ie tag teaming). What does it matter what the mom does as long as nanny is only watching one of the children, or briefly both. Just do your job; childcare.
