Good idea, OPs MB should just put the toddler in preschool until 3 or 6pm and keep OPs rate the same. One immobile baby.
Then pay a different rate on preschool days off.

Most second child raises don't start until the nanny has full responsibility for the second child. Fair or not fair, that is standard.

You mean childcare of both children or one (ie tag teaming). What does it matter what the mom does as long as nanny is only watching one of the children, or briefly both. Just do your job; childcare.

If she is assisting you in childcare duties, then I wouldn't charge her. Many people may not agree w/me on this, but I just wouldn't feel right about doing that.

That's standard, unless of course you are already paid a 2-child rate, then might be less. Feel free to price yourself out of the market entirely. most DC nannies would love a $50 or 75 or 100 /week raise.
