Tell your MB you're not interested, and she'll stop asking. No one knows whether you want more time off or more money unless you say something.

Not necessarily. Maybe she's saving for a big expense. Maybe she's had some unexpected things come up. I earn a great salary but can't afford the trip to London and Paris I want to take - that's not a good reason for my employers to pay me more money.
