EVER had sole care of a child, judgmental PP? All you do is clean up after them. And pretty much for the first...oh, 18 years. Give or take.
Putting a 4.5 year old with possible medical or psychological concerns back into a diaper is counter productive in every respect: it shames, it adds to any emotional stress he's already feeling, it conceals the severity of the problem making it difficult to report to the doctor, and it prevents the child from learning to listen more closely to his body. You're wrong wrong wrong.
