Then stop trying to front like you have a nanny when you really have an underage babysitter or mothers helper. If this is just a teen I'm sure she wont mind sitting for you since that's what she is already doing

Also, I, the OP, telecommute 3-5 days a week. I care for my own child more than I should have to with a full time childcare persosn. So no, she has never had full responsibility.
