If she can't handle one of the kids, that's not just decent work or subpar, that's completely ineffective with the child, IMO, and grounds for termination. I've had positions where the child is unmanageable due to the parents' discipline style and parenting philosophy, but from the way you stated that she can't handle it, it doesn't sound like that for you.
