I was with you till that last line. When will people put to rest this idea that doing what is agreed upon is lazy?
There is a reason I have a contract: so that it's crystal clear what the parents want and don't want done and what I will and will not do. If it's not in the contract, I'm surprised (my contract is 20-21 pages, and we circle/fill in everything as appropriate).
