Wow, I'm not sure I could work for a family like that. Our philosophies would just be too different. 7 weeks is so young to have such a set schedule. Like someone else mentioned, routines are great, but what she is demanding is not practical. Is there a way you guys can sit down and come to a compromise? Have sort of a window time frame for feeding? Sleep training and set feedings should come later and just because they arent on a schedule now doesnt mean the baby wont ever be.

I say it would depend on the issue. But since this is your first week or so, I don't think your MomBoss should mind. As long as it isn't like 10 questions a day.

Haha, definitely nothing like that! It's mainly feeding and napping off schedule as well as where a few things are. Maybe like 1-2 questions so far.

I can relate.

Sometimes with parents like this, it is tough to know when to take initiative and when to follow direction because you do not want to walk over that fine line and offend.

I say it would depend on the issue. But since this is your first week or so, I don't think your MomBoss should mind. As long as it isn't like 10 questions a day.

And as long as the questions are important.
