Despite the fact that OP has some grammar issues. To answer MB's concern, I would contact the family that had called for a reference to save them the trouble of having to go through the same thing.

Look everyone, if you want us to take your postings seriously, you have to present yourselves in a way that we can understand and relate to.
If your wording has a lot of run on sentences and your ideas are all scattered and it is difficult for us to follow you in what you are trying to convey, well use simple logic. It's not our duty to put 2 + 2 together.
