If you don't think a family will be a match, then move on.
You don't need to come on here and complain like drama queens.

You give nannies a bad name and I am ashamed we share the same job

Maybe some of these families would have rejected your application as well because they felt how nasty you were!

Yawn... Are you done lecturing yet? Maybe you should jump to the thread about why MB's didn't offer the potential nanny a job... Lecture the MB about whining and complaining and giving all mothers a bad name.

Both threads were started by the same nanny troll.

How in God's name would you know that?

because the second I walked in the door, you ushered me upstairs to the twins nursery to immediately spend 2 hours with the baby nurse without even giving me a chance to put my purse down. After spending 2 hours with the baby nurse, you came to get me, gave me money for my time and then let me out. Got a phone call from the agency the next day with a job offer but no way was I going to accept a job with a family who I didn't even get to spend 5 minutes talking to!!!

You questioned me as though you were trying to catch me in a lie. You treated me as if I were some lunatic just waiting to harm your child. You approached the entire process with distrust and negativity. I would have been miserable working for you.

I re-considered the low rate we had agreed on and wondered what in the world I was thinking (or possibly smoking....?!??)

I know that is the only reason you hired me.

Because I am or was rather, such a great bargain.
