Thank God i have snow days we follow the federal government and my employers are good about today it was messy i live in md and take the bus some had a good amount in dc some didnt a major road where i work was closed off because of major accidents i was of course late by 20 mins my employer left but she was back after spending 2 hrs on the road to the mb who said she would look for another so glad i dont work for you i was thinking how nannies we work 45-50 doing your best but some of these families dont really care about your well-being if i get an accident coming to work in that weather its me and my family who are going to suffer not them next they hire someone else if it was in the contract just take the day off after working for a couple of years however much i love my job and my charges i have to think about me and my family first in the beginning i took jobs without snow days i would come in regardless of the bad weather with almost everything closed oh the bosses would chill in the house all day oh now im more smarter when getting and signing a contract sorry too long
