No, people aren't saying they don't want to know. They are saying as her boss she shouldn't be the one to tell the nanny.
The majority of the time people know when they are being cheated on. The nanny might be choosing to ignore it. Or in denial. It's her life.
What happens if the boss tells but nanny decides to stay with bf? Boss will judge. Question nannies judgment.
