I couldn't imagine my nanny getting my kid up in the morning (and missing the morning snuggles) and also giving him a bath/ just about putting him to bed. I know parents that some parents do not have a choice and need to employ a 50hr a week nanny but I did not expect it to be the norm. It seems like most of the above schedules are very very long days with little parent involvement.

7:50am - Arrive and get ready for the day. Prepare formula bottles ( he likes them cold), throw in laundry, and pick out outfit of the day.
8:10am - MB leaves for work. I feed A breakfast ( solids)
8:30- 9:20 - Playtime - Reading, tummy time, toys, dancing with music. He prefers a low-key morning.
9:30 - 11am -nap, then change diaper/outfit ( laundry and clean-up)
11:15 - A eats bottle and solids
12- 1:40pm - Either at classes, park or outings like the zoo. ( or classes on Tues/Thurs). We have fun exploring and playing with other babies.
1:50- 2pm - Wipe down and change diaper
2- 3:30/4pm - nap ( lunch, clean-up, and planning activities)
3:30/4pm - A eats a big bottle and snacks
4:30 - diaper change
4:45- 5:45- Either at the park, play date, or in the yard playing. Rainy days we stay in.
6pm - MB gets home and then its bath, dinner, and bedtime for A.
On days I work late, I do bath, dinner and bed. This a rough estimate. We read for at least 30 minutes a day and we are out at park, classes, play date, or zoo each day, weather permitting.
Wow! Very active for an infant. My nanny rarely takes my DD outside.

I forgot to add that I make small batches of homemade food every 2 weeks during naps for A.

This is a lot of work here to be done.
Rewarding work, sure.
Still it is physically and mentally tough work.
