I'm a nanny, and I agree that you can find someone good for $15/hr. However the qualifications OP mentioned are high. Whether or not this board thinks those things are actually necessary to take good care of an infant, OP has decided they are. For someone of that level of experience, I think you're looking at $20+/hr.
