Subject: MB admitted to me she and DB "resent" DD #2 (7 months)
The safety of her charges is her concern.
This not "gosh I'm so tired nanny I really wish this baby would sleep through the night already. Didn't realize we got so spoiled with baby # 1. Would it be wrong in I purchased earplugs?
This is a women admitting she resents her child, believes her child is a punishment, and is ruining the family.
That' serious enough. But then you add that she has been treated for PPD and it's not to be ignored.
PPD an PPS can go from safe to unsafe for the children in the situation in a blink of an eye.
OP's MB has already shared these feelings with her which is good, a good move for OP at the least is to refer her to outside resources Telling someone with PPD or PPS "it'll get better doesn't do much"

Nope assuming this is a real story this won't end well ad OP will have only herself to blame.
Putting too much stress on the nanny. The mental health of her employers is not her responsibility.

It's classic troll a story full of drama and emotioal language. Nanny is so desperate and worried for advice but all advice is shot down because this situation isn't real and doesn't need to be solved.
