+1. She's going to be unhappy, and two months from now she's going to tell you how sorry she is, but it's just not working for her.

That's a hard call, I can see both sides of the argument. I was offered a job by references and talking to employers, I asked the potential employer was she sure she wanted to hire me. This woman emailed me for over two weeks, I turned down 3 good job offers after I was told yes she was sure. Next thing I know she completely started to become shaky. Of course two jobs had already hired nannies by then, I had to humble myself and go back to the second job offer telling her my job had fallen to the way side. I got along with the parents and baby, thank God she gave me a second chance.


With so many parents putting their kids in school earlier than expected, it's not that easy starting all over again.
