How rude and inconsiderate.

I would say to her..."Well if it really is a huge pain in the butt to have to pay for my services to care for your child, you know there are other options available to you...Such as staying home and caring for your OWN child."

I mean...She DID say you made more than she did, right??!

I'd ask her right after she made the comment if I should be on the look out for a new position since she keeps making these comments and asking to pay late. I would then ask to be paid direct deposit and make sure my resume was up to date. People who do this are not financially stable
