Wow, that s a lot! Can I be your nanny!! I wish more MBs will think like you. Most of them think it is a vacation for the nanny, and try to pay them less.

Oh, just replace that with "per diem" and find something else to be outraged by. OP's plan is perfectly acceptable - the nanny can decide whether she wants a car or not, LIKE AN ADULT.
