How is this gross?In many areas of the world shared breast feeding is common practice and quite a necessity. Even in the US we have milk banks. It's perfectly healthy and normal. Grow up.
Its also a huge boost to the infant's immune system. The mom passes on antibodies through her milk. If a child is nursing from multiple women, that's just more antibodies. I think you should do some research on breast feeding and its benefits OP, and otherwise mind your own business. This child is not being harmed nor is it gross. Its nourishment.
