I'm quite the opposite.I don't care if nanny's English is not good.As long as she can call for help in English, I'm happy.Children pick up English on their own.
I was an Aur Par years ago and the kids understood me easily while the parents at times had to ask:"huh?".

Race and ethnicity are not a factor in our hiring and we would never hire an illegal immigrant or pay under the table as both would be breaking the law.
