I agree with this post. "Begin as you mean to continue..." A good relationship with your new nanny is more important than the cost of a fifty dollar gift/gift certificate.
You are hilarious, posting a combination of entitlement and threat. Pay up or your nanny will treat you badly. Remember, it won't be cheap. Nanny has been there a whole month and requires $50 gift cards to her favorite places.
