If you and your employer have a snow day policy and you have to work today then stop b*tching about it. And if working today violates your snow day policy then you should have firmly told MB and DB "I'm sorry but our contract clearly states that today is a snow day". Seriously ladies (and gents)- we've had a ton of snow this winter and this nonsense should have been figured out after the first snow storm if it was not already in your contract.
