Make sure that your post is clear, concise and proofread. A professional nanny who gets a bad review will rebut, and if she cares about her career, the rebuttal will be professional (clear, concise and proofread at the minimum).

Personally I wouldn't because you never know if someone is going to get upset and they know a lot about you and your children. That said, I wish I didn't feel that way because we've had two people I would LOVE to share a review on. One was terribly unprofessional and unreliable (probably also a pathological liar but of course I wouldn't include that bit). The other was a careless pot smoker who apparently yelled at my 4 year old on several occasions and shamed him for not being able to do things like latch his own carseat. She also got angry with our 2 year old for throwing something. Good behavior, no but developmentally appropriate and something any normal person who is used to being around children can handle, yes.
