Actually, it's been my experience that before long, you forget the cameras are there.

See, if I found that, I'd immediately start my job search. Its dishonest and underhanded to do that without telling me, and I couldn't respect my bosses if I knew they were willing to lie to me. My contract includes a clause about dishonesty, and I made sure that it was a mutual clause, so in my case, I'd be terminating the contract for cause and they'd get no notice.

Yes make sure your honest and upfront about it from the start..
