I feel it's also worth mentioning that with a share you need to be very specific about what constitutes a baby that is too sick to join the share that day. You don't want the family with the sick child to send their kid to the share and infect the healthy baby and nanny. So outline what the requirements are (ex. no vomiting for 24 hrs, fever free for 24 hrs, whatever you and the other family deem acceptable) and make it clear that the family with a sick child must still pay their normal rate while their child is out sick.

10 days of vacation pay and 5 of sick pay is very standard. 15 days plus major holidays.
