But you already work 120 hours per week... Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but do you have a contract that states you get x dollars per hour plus time and a half for hours over 40? If so, then you should get the extra money for the extra hours, but you then should go back to working your normal schedule the next week, not have off and have the other nanny working those hours. If you accept comp time in lieu of OT, I have never seen comp time (in any industry, including domestic workers) to be given at 1.5 rate. You kind of have to pick what you want, you can't have your cake and eat it too.
