That's completely untrue. There were certainly some who said it wasn't a given for a nanny to get a bonus, NO ONE said there is nothing a nanny can do to warrant one and there were an equal number who said they give the nanny at least a bonus equal to one weeks pay.

I totally disagree with you. I love our nanny. She's fabulous. My friends who have nannies are also quite happy with them. We're all paying bonuses. Reading this board, however, is absolutely HORRIFYING and it's giving me a bad impression of nannies generally. The bitterness from the nannies who post and the awful attitudes - it's quite honestly disgusting.
