I also had a degree, so I knew what things to do with a six month old child. But here you are, someone who says they have 10 years experience and you still don't know what you should do with a six month old.
What degree, exactly, gave you expertise in 6 month old babies?
Early childhood education.
ECE is not an infant care degree and hardly makes you any more qualified/an expert than a candidate without the (associates) degree.
You do know that you can take specialized classes in infant care and learning about development and what activities are appropriate at different stages of development, right?

I wasn't snarky in my comments. I was pretty direct. For someone who has 10 years experience as a nanny, you should know what to do with a baby. I would be willing to cut you more slack if you were new to this, but you are not.
