not true. my cleaner for whatever reason loves to vacume sporadically at every level rather than simply vacume at the end all at once. I ask her to do the latter when my kids are sleeping but it's not their norm. That doesn't mean it's impossible to do, especially in a small house. There is LOTS to clean - she can easily do something else during nap.
