Even when I have been around and doing something with my youngest she sits and watches us doing nothing until i suggest an activity for her to do. The fact that at these times she needs to be asked to find something to do rather than taking the initiave to do it herself was the reason for my post. I wanted to understand what normal expectations are in this market. Thank you for the feedback.
