The parents should make them go to the mall, or whatever.

If you are actually going home and crying over this OP, then this is a serious issue.

I would seriously sit down w/your bosses and let them know just how stressful it is when the grandparents are visiting.

Perhaps they can suggest the grandparents "butt out" more or even leave the house more when you are there.
