I agree with this. You might also find a great grad student who has one day free a week and would love the income.
It might take you a little longer to find the right person, but I definitely think they're out there, and probably for the $15 range pretty easily.

OP can certainly advertise whatever pay range she wants, and see if she's satisfied with the applicants she gets.
