OP your rate is fine and you should advertise for nanny/housekeeper. The nannies who expect extra obey to get their lazy asses off the couch shouldn't be hired anyway. There are some really terrible ones on this board who want any FTM to think that nannies are dumb employees with no work ethic. Hire someone energetic with good references for NOT watching TV for 3 hours during nap time.
