Hmmm... so if its in your work agreement that you are not allowed to go inside the master bedroom or bath, how do you know that it is locked? Unless there is a padlock you would have needed to try to open the door which you weren't supposed to do.
Maybe the parents told her it was locked.
Maybe the children tried to open the door.

They also keep their bedroom door locked at all times. It's in my work agreement that I am not allowed to go inside the master bedroom or bath.

A good nanny is concerned not only with that of her charge, but her own as well. At least one would hope.
