Edit: I forgot to calculate OT, $935/wk.
Hi, I'm interested in the position if you're still looking. Not sure where you're located but I'm a great nanny with a great amount of experince, excellent references and reliable. I don't believe in overcharging people and I'm still a great nanny, so I'd gladly do it for the amount you're offering. If you're interested please email me.

Anonymous wrote:OP you are getting terrible advice. A $925 starting salary is very high even for 3 under 3. No one pays $17 for one toddler. When you advertise you should seek a nanny who has worked with multiples or shares. With a $925 a week starting salary every nanny will be drooling to get the job and not consider whether they can actually handle the job.

] Of course you should be vigilant about experience and references. These are your children for crying out loud. You should want some one who has experience with multiples. Even with the oldest one going to preschool, it's still a hectic position with long hours. It's definitely a position where someone could get burnt out easily.
