Sure it is. It's a benefit, like any other, and is considered in the compensation package offered to a nanny.

I'm sure it's not a 'perk' for the parents as well. Yeah they get the availability of knowing the nanny will be on time as well as a discount rates but c'mon.. Do you think your bosses enjoy your constant company? LOL, NO!
