No, but what does that have to do with the qualifications a parent wants for a nanny? Don't compare a parent and nanny as equal. It's not the same thing.
You are right. A nanny takes care of children but sje is NOT a surrogate parent. The parent , particularly the mother, should have all of these qualities in spades beause she is the one constant in the child's life.

No, but what does that have to do with the qualifications a parent wants for a nanny? Don't compare a parent and nanny as equal. It's not the same thing.
