Anonymous wrote:She posted a textbook description of a lazy employee. I've never understood this but some people know how to do a good job and are great for a week or so but then start slacking off, coming in late, not doing their job responsibilities, parking the kids in front of the TV. If the employers tells them to stop it, they become perfect nanny for a week or so and then go back to the same pattern.
We've seen the same thing with previous housekeepers. First two cleanings are great and then less and less gets done each subsequent cleaning. These people don't lack the intelligence or skill to do their job, they aren't confused about their responsibilities, they are just lazy.

She claimed she paid the nanny a "competative" wage, but I really have to doubt that. So far, that nanny has not posted her former employer's name here.
....Which goes to show you how much smarter some nannies are, compared to some employers.
All that showed was the nanny didn't see the post.
No, it showed that the nanny wasn't quite as stupid as the MB, by saying stuff on-line that can easily land you a few problems to deal with, to say the least.
How do you know the nanny saw the post and decided not to respond?
Exactly, are you under the assumption that all nannies go on DCUM?![]()
