I think it's not the nanny who needs to be warned, but the future employers. I wish there was a nanny blacklist (don't mind one for employers either).

I do, I went to search for her on Facebook and warn her.

Why? I don't think it should be posted.

Does any one remember the name of the nanny?

If the employers tells them to stop it, they become perfect nanny for a week or so and then go back to the same pattern.

We've seen the same thing with previous housekeepers. First two cleanings are great and then less and less gets done each subsequent cleaning. These people don't lack the intelligence or skill to do their job, they aren't confused about their responsibilities, they are just lazy.

Where are you getting these lazy people? Hope you at least got a good bargain.

....Which goes to show you how much smarter some nannies are, compared to some employers.

All that showed was the nanny didn't see the post.

No, it showed that the nanny wasn't quite as stupid as the MB, by saying stuff on-line that can easily land you a few problems to deal with, to say the least.

How do you know the nanny saw the post and decided not to respond?

Exactly, are you under the assumption that all nannies go on DCUM?

The point is that a disgruntled parent seriously thought it'd be wise to post the (unusual) FULL name of a former nanny employee.

An MB posted the full name of her ex nanny with a list of complaints about her (none were safety related or issues of negligence) to warn other people not to hire her.
