Very happy with Homework Solutions. We pay by the hour and it is different paycheck to paycheck. Our rep Tina is always helpful, and when I didn't report my hours on time a few months ago she made sure our nanny got paid and we settled up the difference on the next paycheck. She has my back, which I really appreciated.

I use Surepayroll for my business and registered for the same for our nanny's payroll. It's about $35/payroll. Everything is online with email reminders (once you set your schedule) and I pay by direct deposit. Surepayroll files all forms and emails the wage statements to the nanny directly. I just print the end of year W-2s and hand them to our nanny.

Homework solutions or 4nannytaxes is aweful. We just switched to GTM and it has made all the difference in the world. I was at a point where I was about to go from nnny to daycare just to avoid all the hassle. I went with them thinking a local company was more convenient but the service was very old fashioned, and not in a good way. Technology very outdated, web interface was horrible and the customer service was lacking
