OMG you have balls. Its nice that your employers allow this but geez, how can you respect yourself? You have no household chores but you drag your charge along to clean your own house while you are being paid??? If the parents told you that you could smoke pot and sit around naked watching porn make would you do this too?

Out of curiosity, how old are your charges and what are they doing while you are cleaning? I can't imagine giving our nanny permission to do this because I am not paying her to have my kiddo sitting in someone else's house staring at a wall/TV for hours. Don't the kids have activities or want to go to the park etc.? And how are you watching the kids while you clean? The nannies on this board are always saying they can't do household chores and watch the kids (which I don't disagree with - our nanny does have some child related light housekeeping duties but she mostly does them during DC's nap and if they don't get totally done because the day did not allow for it, we understand). I am honestly curious as to how this works and why your employers allow it.

I would either confront her, fire her, or if you really need proof, just ask a private investigator to put a GPS on her car for a week - that alone shouldn't cost more than $500 and it might be cheaper than buying one yourself or switching nannies.
Im pretty sure that illegal to put a GPS on someone else's car. It's almost stalking. If she was using their car then that's fine. Honestly, I bet she's going to her own house to clean. Ppl don't hire a made for two hours. If she left at 9:30 and had a play date at 12:30 there is no way she could properly clean. I'd say follow her then knock on the door and fire her on the spot if she is doing that.

That's not stalking. Look up the definition of stalking.
People DO hire 'maids' / 'housekeepers' for two or three hours a day.
OP, she's definitely taking you for a ride and has become to comfortable with her position. I'd get rid of her and get a respectful nanny who will give your kids the care and attention they deserve.

If you want to fire her, fire her. You don't need a reason. But, she's not harming your son - he's just bored. I'm sure she loves him if she's been with your family since before he was born.
