Agree that's great news OP! I don't know if I believe she's all that remorseful or just shamed since you had the balls to call her on it, but either way, glad she is going to make it right.

That's great news OP!
It sounds like she made the decision to post the bad review in the heat of the moment just after being let down. Although she was polite about the news it sounds like she was more frustrated than she let on. Now that she's had some time to think about it and calm down her reasonable, remorseful side returned.
Good for you for deciding to send a message inquiring about the review and your take on how things ended. It paid off.
