I agree. I can tell OP is one of those nannies who think they know what is best for the baby. Nanny needs to know her place in this situation (she is a human being but she is NOT the mother and needs to learn that.) She sounds like an awful nanny and I am glad she doesn't work for me.

Stop saying shit like this. It's insulting. She may not be the best fit for this particular family but she doesn't need to "know her place". She's a human being, as entitled to her opinions as anyone else, and being a nanny doesn't change that. The way she chooses to express these concerns is what gives someone longevity in their job as well as finding the right fit. Simply keeping your mouth shut whenever you disagree is not the way to find happiness in your job.
