OP, most kids enjoy the snow. I know I always did. Kids run around and build up body temps so ofcourse it will be different then teachers standing and kids running around.
Also, if a child isn't dressed properly then that child should be let out. Make sure parents know to send their kids off in scarfs, hats, gloves, the whole nine.

What part of RI? I'm in the Warwick area and the snow melted pretty fast. It's still freezing though and I have a feeling the snow will come back yet again.

I take my little guy outside everyday no matter what. Just bundle him up and go for a stroll. Today we spent 15-20 outside but it's nice for the both of us to get fresh air. I can't wait for winter to be over!
