Does your office have a pay cap for you? If you don't have one then why should she? You don't need her, let her go because she also needs a roof over her head, food on the table, and all the things you have to have a decent life. You are a mean, selfish, greedy person and unworthy of the care and love she has given your children. Seven years and she only makes $21/hr Last of the big time spenders, aren't you?

Nice conversation here, but my boss stopped giving me a raise after two years of being with them when the first born start going to preschool. I asked and wasn't heard I guess; didn't ask again for fear of being accuse of greediness. OP your nanny will fine with what she's getting now.
