I would enjoy a job like that except I would make sure Zi had permission to find/use babysitters as needed for a break. 80 hours is too much.

Yet another family who should never have had kids.

This job sounds like a one-way ticket to BURN-OUT City.

What are you complaining about?
Just do your job or leave. This forum is for
better things.

You get paid enough to be responsible. now go to
work and thank the angels you found
such a family.

Stop txting and follow directions. You can do it if not say goodbye.

If it is truly a life saving decision then theres something called "implied consent" It is assumed you give consent for Docs to save your childs life. You don't need any kind of note for these type of decisions.
I didnt work for a high profile family but I had to decide on all the kids summer camps, otherwise they wouldnt have gone to any.

i think the nanny seems young and lacks experience. Not everyone is capable of handling these situations.

It sounds like she texts MB when the receptionist asks "do you want to charge the copay or pay in cash?" My nanny is just like this. It is annoying at times and sometimes I screen her calls.

OP, you just need to step up to the occasion. If you really don't think you can do it, then find another family because not all families are like this.

And they don't have to write a note for the ped to let you go for a visit to get shots or anything like that and make sure you have copies of their insurance cards on hand at all times.

Taking a kid to get shots is not a major medical decision. The OP said she was making significant healthcare decisions and I honestly can not imagine what these would be unless she is just being dramatic.
