Same experience as 9:09 here. The bank manager was very helpful though and allowed AP (excellent Englsih/less confidence about everything else) come in and ask loads of questions and get walked through for her first couple of times. After that, the online service was fine. I also helped her set up the online account. i don't remember it taking very long.
