As the PP meant (I think) - this is subjective. This isn't physically endangering the child and I (as an employer) would be really ticked off if you went again an explicit request/instruction.

It is limited--20 minutes! At any job, there are rules or instructions you don't agree with, but you do them anyway because you are being insubordinate if you don't. Insubordination is grounds for termination. Keep it up and you will be gone.
